WordPress User Management
The WordPress Users page in Varsuite Core gives you full control over user management across your WordPress sites
What You Can Do

From this interface, you can:
Add New Users
Click the “Add New” button on the top-right.
Enter the user’s:
Display Name
Email Address
Role (Administrator, Editor, Author, Contributor, Subscriber)
Optional password or allow WordPress to auto-generate
Upon submission, the user is immediately created and synced to the site.

Edit Existing Users
Click the “Edit” button next to any user.
You can change:
Their role
Display name
Email address
All changes are pushed to WordPress in real-time.

Instant Login
Click “Login” next to a user to instantly log into the WordPress dashboard as that user.
This is particularly useful for agency teams performing client-side testing or support.

Delete/Revoke Access
Click “Delete” to remove a user entirely.
Deleting from Varsuite Core will instantly revoke access from WordPress as well.
Use with care—especially for administrative roles.

Real-Time Sync
All changes are automatically and securely synchronised with your WordPress site through the Varsuite Core plugin connection. This eliminates the need to switch tabs or manually update user roles in the WordPress admin panel.

Security Note
Varsuite Core follows strict role assignment based on WordPress’s default permission structure.
Any actions performed here are logged and traceable through your Varsuite Core account.
We recommend enforcing strong password policies and limiting Administrator accounts only to essential personnel.
Use Cases
Quickly set up users for new client websites.
Temporarily grant access for developers or SEO specialists.
Bulk-manage roles across multi-user environments.
Instantly revoke access when staff or clients change.
Managing users via Varsuite Core not only saves time but also helps reduce human error and improves security. Whether you’re onboarding a new team member or auditing admin access, everything you need is in one place secure, synced, and simple.
