This page provides a preview of what a typical Varsuite Core Monthly Maintenance Report looks like.

Each report is generated automatically every 30 days and includes a comprehensive overview of all key maintenance activity across the client’s website. This includes updates to WordPress core, plugins, themes, uptime summaries, backups, security checks and more.

The example displayed here is intended to give staff & clients a clear idea of the format and level of detail included in the reports. These reports are useful for:

• Demonstrating work completed

• Maintaining transparency with clients

• Providing historical maintenance logs

• Supporting white-label agency offerings

If you require a custom element in reports (e.g., additional branding or data), this can be configured in the Varsuite Core settings or discussed with the development team.

All reports are also automatically emailed to the linked client, so it’s important that the client is correctly set up and linked to the website in the system to avoid missed reports.
