Linking Websites with Clients
In Varsuite Core, linking websites with clients is an essential step for generating accurate, professional whitelabel reports that are automatically sent to your clients each month.
Step 1: Access the Clients Area
Log in to the Varsuite Core Dashboard:
On the left-hand sidebar, click on “Clients”
This will take you to the Clients Overview page:
Step 2: Add a New Client
On the top right of the Clients page, click the “Add New Client” button.
You’ll be redirected to:
A client creation form will appear.
Step 3: Fill in Client Details
Enter the following details accurately:
Client Name – First and last name of your contact person
Company Name – The organisation they represent
Website – Their main business website (not the one being managed in Varsuite)
Telephone – A contact number for the client
Email Address – This is essential, as monthly reports will be emailed here
Step 4: Link Websites to the Client
Below the client form, you’ll see a list of your added websites.
Simply tick the checkboxes for the websites that belong to or are managed on behalf of this client.
You can link multiple sites to a single client (e.g. for agencies managing client portfolios).
Step 5: Save and Link
Once all fields are complete and sites are selected, click “Add New Client” to save the information and establish the link.
Step 6: Whitelabel Reports Automatically Sent
After linking:
Varsuite Core will automatically generate and send whitelabel monthly reports to the client’s email.
These reports include:
Site uptime and performance
Plugin/theme updates
Backups and security checks
Overall health summaries
Important: If you skip this step, the client will not receive reports, even if their website is being actively monitored.
Managing Clients
You can edit client details or change website associations anytime by going to the Clients tab and clicking “Edit” on an existing client.
Properly linking your websites to their respective clients ensures professional communication, transparency, and consistent reporting through Varsuite Core. This is vital for maintaining agency trust and delivering value through automated insights.
