Report Preview

The Report Preview page allows you to generate a preview of the monthly maintenance report for a specific site before the official version is sent out.

What does the preview include?

The preview displays all recorded maintenance activity from the 1st of the current month up to the moment the preview is generated. This includes:

• Plugin, theme, and core updates

• Backups

• Uptime and downtime events

• Security alerts

• Performance scans

• Any additional automated tasks tracked by Varsuite Core

How to generate a preview

To generate a preview report:

1. Navigate to the Reports tab in the top navigation.

2. Click the “Preview Next Report” button on the right-hand side.

3. A report will be generated instantly, showing a snapshot of the month-to-date activity.

Note: If no client is attached to the site, reports will not be emailed — but previews can still be generated for internal use or to manually share with clients.

This is especially useful for agencies to double-check content and ensure accuracy before reports are automatically emailed out on the 1st of each month.
