System Requirements
To ensure full compatibility with our internal tools and monitoring services all client websites must meet the following minimum system requirements:
PHP Version
Required: PHP 8.0 or higher
Sites running below PHP 8.0 will not be supported or monitored by our systems.
We strongly recommend keeping PHP up to date to benefit from the latest security patches and performance improvements.
SSL must be enabled on the site.
Operating System Compatibility
Fully compatible with websites hosted on both Linux and Windows servers.
This includes shared hosting, dedicated servers, and cloud-hosted environments, provided the PHP requirement is met.
Virtualised Environments
Fully supported in virtualised and containerised environments, such as:
Docker
KVM
LXC
VPS/cloud hosting (e.g. AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner)
Firewall, CDN, and Hosting Considerations
If you experience any connection issues during setup or ongoing monitoring:
Please ensure that the following IP addresses are whitelisted in your firewall, Cloudflare settings, or via your hosting provider:

Additionally, if your server or security system filters based on user agents, ensure the following user agent is whitelisted:

Failing to whitelist these may result in blocked monitoring, delayed alerts, or incomplete reports.
Network Access
Ensure that your WordPress installation allows outbound HTTP/HTTPS connections. These are necessary for our tools to communicate with external APIs, monitoring systems, and security services.
Additional Notes
It is essential that all WordPress sites we manage remain updated this includes the WordPress core, plugins, and themes.
Sites not meeting the above criteria may not be eligible for full support or security coverage under our management plans.
